You do not need an account setup to submit support ticket but we recommend it.
Submit A Request
To submit a request simply click this link or click on "Submit a request" in the upper right corner. You will then need to provide your email address, subject and a description of the issues. Once completed click "SUBMIT" button. The more information that you provide the better support you will received from the team.
