Also as a subscriber you'll get regular communications from us related to product updates and advance copies of our quarterly research reports. This is Basic Support that every subscriber is entitled to.
If you have a VulnDB subscription with any of the following optional levels of support (Enhanced, Premium, Executive) you'll have additional support features including being able to submit requests for the VulnDB Research Team to add products (software, hardware, open-source libraries) to our database for vulnerability monitoring. These optional levels of support also enable you to get access to additional vulnerability insight.
If you have a Cyber Risk Analytics subscription with any of the following optional levels of support (Enhanced, Premium, Executive) you'll be able to receive additional interpretation of data breaches and custom data breach research relative to your industry.
