Here you can submit a new request (aka a support ticket) and search the Knowledge Base for articles about the product you have subscribed to. The site is customer-specific and only categories relevant to your organization will appear. Click on a blue box to see the articles related to that category.
You need an account setup to view your previous submitted tickets. Here you can find information on how to setup your account.
Viewing Your Requests
You must first login to your account, by clicking "Sign in" in the top right.. You can then check your previous requests, their status, and the conversation by selecting ‘My Activities’ under your name in the upper right-hand corner.
